The establishment began with acquiring PT Persada Jasa Utama (PT PJU), a company that owned by PT Pelindo III Cooperation. The acquisition witnessed by Yatiningsih S.H. M.H., the notary, on March 19, 2013 that recorded in the Deed of Company Change of Name that also noted as the establishment of PT PDS.
